Eminent Domain

The Firm has historically represented public agencies in Southern California in the area of eminent domain and condemnation, and has represented, among others, the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency, the Los Angeles Unified School District, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the Los Angeles Coliseum Commission.  The Firm has also represented the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in land acquisition matters, as well as private property owners in large tracts of undeveloped land along the coast of Southern California.
